How do I find the products I want?
On the left side menu the merchandise, CD’s and other products have been organized alphabetically by artist. To make finding the desired product even easier, a search field can be found above the menu. You can also find multiple links on top of the page that guide you to TOP-10 products, new items, special offers, cd's, dvd's and lp's and books.
How do I choose a shirt/item of the right size?
The trademark, manufacturer and size chart are always included in the item information. It is worthwhile to bear in mind that the sizes differ, and one manufacturer’s size M may well be another one’s size L.
When will my order arrive?
All our products will be dispatched within 7 working days of placing the order, but if possible, already the following working day. We have mentioned in all product sheets if the item is in stock or not. If not, then there's possible release date or delivery time mentioned. If you are not getting the package within a reasonable time, contact us at store[at]backstagerockshop.com.
My order includes both pre-sale, and products in stock. Can you ship the products in stock first, and the pre-sale products later?
Unfortunately that is not possible. Orders including pre-order items will be shipped as complete, when all items have arrived to stock. If you wish to have the products shipped separately, you will have to make separate orders for them.
What methods of payment are available in the store?
Methods of payment depend on whether the order is dispatched within or outside Finland. The possible methods for international orders are Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron) and PayPal. With orders within Finland there are following payment methods: Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron), PayPal, online bank payment (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Sampo Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki) and an e-mail invoice.
Will the shirt that I have just bought shrink after first wash?
Almost all textiles (t-shirts, tank tops, girlies, hoodies etc) available at Backstage Rock Shop have been pre-shrunk which means that the size or shape won't change after washing the item. We recommend to wash the textiles in washing machine at 40 degrees inside out. Thereby printing of the product remains in prime condition for a long time. The product can be spin-dried and tumble dried.
If the product if out of stock, when it will be available again?
If the product you are looking for is out of stock and there's no future release date informed, please contact us via e-mail or phone and we'll let you know when it will be available again. We will answer to you straight away.
How does PayPal work?
First you have to creat an account to PayPal service. You can do it at www.paypal.com. Then you have to put money to your PayPal account for example from your credit card and after that your PayPal account is ready to use. More information will be available at www.paypal.com
What is € (euro)? How can I see the price with other currency?
Euro is the currency used in the European Union. If you would like to see the prices in your local currency (for example dollars or pounds), you can check the rates for example from www.forex.fi/en/.
Is it safe to purchase items from your webshop?
Yes it is. We sell only official quality merchandise and music releases. Customer satisfaction is really important for us.
How does the loyalty card works?
You can get bonus from your orders with loyalty card. It's really easy; just register to our webshop as a customer. It's free and it doesn't obligate you to anything.
You'll get stamps from all orders (including discount products) totalling 20 euros. 20 € = one stamp, 40 € = two stamps, 60 € = three stamps etc. When you've reached ten stamps to your loyalty card, you'll get 20 € off from your next order. Loyalty card is valid 12 months starting from first collected stamp. Delivery fees don't accumulate stamps.
What should I do if I don't find what I'm looking for?
You can track "search" field on the left side of the menu bar. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact our customer service and we'll let you know if the product you're looking for is, would or will be available any time soon.
Are the products available elsewhere?
Backstage Rock Shop doesn’t have a physical shop but you can also come and buy items straight from our warehouse. Some of the products are available at gigs and in few selected record and clothing stores.
What should I do if the product I ordered is wrong size, and I want to change or return it?
All our goods have a 14-day (from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products (e.g. earplugs), gift certificates and Outlet products.
We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. However, if you received a wrong or faulty product, you can change it to a new one. Or, when appropriate, we will refund your payment.
How can i use my gift certificate or discount coupon code?
If you have a gift certificate or discount code you would like to use, the code can be activated at checkout.
Choose “Use discount coupon or gift certificate”, add the code to opened text box and click “Use”.
Codes expire after one use, so they can be activated only once.
Note, that only one code can be activated per order.
