Returns and exchanges
All our goods have a 14-day (from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products (e.g. earplugs) and outlet products.
We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. However, if you received a wrong or faulty product, you can change it to a new one.
Or, when appropriate, we will refund your payment.
- Fill out this return form (PDF) according to the instructions and include it with the return.
- We only accept return of intact products (unless the product has been faulty when you received it) with no signs of use.
If there were e.g. pet hair or stains on the returned product, we will not accept the return.
- With recordings (e.g. CD's or DVD's) the shrink wrap and possible seal have to remain unopened.
If the product has arrived faulty, it needs to be returned in the received condition for us to confirm the same fault.
Backstage Rock Shop is not responsible for missing or lost return shipments.
Customers living in Finland may return the goods for free with Posti using our return address:

Please, do not send returns with Matkahuolto.
Any return shipments with Matkahuolto are not eligible for a full refund as any excessive return expenses will be recouped on the refund.
Customers outside Finland will fund the return shipping themselves.
