New Backstage Rock Shop is finally open!
We’ve been working on launching this new online store for months and now, it’s finally open! In this reformation our focus has especially been on providing customers with an expanded assortment as well as a user-friendlier, faster and even more reliable online store than before. We want visiting and making purchases in our store to be the easiest of experiences to our customers.
The great transformation and evolution of this new online store is that now both Backstage Rock Shop and Mad Supply stores are united under one roof! With this renewed store structure we are now able to provide you with even better and more diverse services than ever before. We now present you with the Official Online Stores of more than twenty artists in collaboration with the artists themselves on a single website! Most of these products are available exclusively in our webstore.

Old Bonus Cards and Gift Cards
If you have unused Bonus Card Stamps in old Backstage Rock Shop or Mad Supply online store, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. We will refund the old stamps with a discount code to the new store. If you hold a valid and unused Gift Card to be used in either of the old stores, please contact our customer service to get a new code for a Gift Card.
Unfortunately, with this store reform the old customer accounts will be disabled. The customer information can’t be transferred into the new store, so we kindly ask for your help and co-operation for creating a new account yourself in the new webstore. It is free, just like it’s always been before, and does not oblige you to anything.
