Products we sell are covered by legal guarantee for defects in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. The legal guarantee refers to the seller's responsibility to ensure that goods or services are as agreed.

If you discover a defect or an issue with a product you have ordered, please contact our customer service team.

The legal guarantee does not apply to ordinary wear and tear.
