Christmas time deliveries in 2025
Here's all you need to know about Christmas time deliveries!
We ship all international orders from our warehouse in Pirkkala, Finland with three different shipping methods: DHL Express, Global Mail and GLS.
Please note: The order deadlines listed below are based on typical delivery times and do not mean the delivery by Christmas is 100% guaranteed. The earlier you place your order, the better are your chances to receive the items in time for Christmas.
We handle all incoming orders at our warehouse as quickly as possible and depending on the time of placing the order, your package will be shipped to you in a matter of hours.
All shipping methods are trackable.
DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE (EXCLUDING FINLAND)
GLS, DHL Express, Global Mail
Global Mail shipments are not delivered personally, it is a postal shipping method delivered to you by your local postal service company, for example Deutsche Post in Germany.
If you want your package to be delivered to you before Christmas within Europe, here are your order deadlines:

9th December: United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Norway, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Portugal, Slovenia, Switzerland, Cyprus
11th December: Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco
14th December: Sweden, Denmark, Estonia
DHL Express
14th December: Non-EU Europe
17th December: All countries within the European Union + Norway, Switzerland
Global Mail
2nd December: Non-EU Europe
7th December: European Union
DELIVERIES TO NORTH AMERICA
DHL Express, Global Mail
We recommend using DHL Express or Global Mail. The typical delivery time, depending on state and area, is 1-4 working days with DHL Express, 6-10 working days with Global Mail. Holiday season may cause delays in Global Mail shipments. Global Mail shipments are not delivered personally, it is a postal shipping method and delivered to you by your local postal service company, for example USPS in the US.
If you want your package to be delivered to you before Christmas in North America, here are your order deadlines:

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
DHL Express, Global Mail
If DHL Express is available to your country, we strongly recommend to use it.
Global Mail shipments are not delivered personally, it is a postal shipment and delivered to you by your local postal service company, for example Correios in Brazil.
If you want your package to be delivered to you before Christmas, here are your order deadlines:

27th November: Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South America, Middle East, Africa
DELIVERIES TO FINLAND
Noutopistepaketti, DHL Express
The shipping options within Finland are Noutopistepaketti (DB Schenker), and DHL Express.
If you want to be 100% sure to receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order on December 14th latest.
If you place your order between December 15th – 21st, you still have a chance to receive it before Christmas but we can not guarantee it.
The absolute deadline for placing the order and having a chance to receive it by Christmas in Finland is December 21st.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT CHRISTMAS TIME ORDERS
Pre-order items
If you would like to receive your order before Christmas, please check that your order does not include any pre-order items. All orders including pre-order items will be shipped as soon as all items of your order are in stock.
Extended customer returns and exchanges
Orders placed between November 15th and December 23rd can be exchanged or returned until January 16th 2026.
