Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders exceeding 100 € freight free inside Finland! 

Please note: Orders can not be collected directly from our warehouse.

Pre-orders: Only one shipment is made per one order. If the order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped when all items are in stock. Please always verify the release date / estimated shipping date from the product page in our webstore!

Transit time begins on the next Business Day following the shipping date.

All items in stock will be dispatched when possible on the next Business Day but at least within 7 Business Days after receiving the order. Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking details.

Shipping costs for domestic orders are based on the weight of the total order.

The delivery companies we use for domestic shipments are

  • DSV Road (ex- DB Schenker)

Matkahuolto Lähellä-paketti (Pick-up parcel)

  • Trackable parcel, 1-3 Business Days.
  • Delivered to the Pick-up point chosen at checkout. (Note: The delivery company reserves the right to deliver the shipment to a different nearby pick-up point if the original one is unavailable)
  • Notification from Paketit app, SMS and email will be sent to the recipient when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
  • Held for pick-up for 5 days.

Matkahuolto Kotijakelu (Home parcel)

  • Trackable parcel, 1-3 Business Days.
  • As a general rule, the delivery time enquiry will be sent within one, but no later than three business days after dispatch. Evening deliveries are available in major cities. Evening deliveries in the Helsinki region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu, among others as well as in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lahti and Pori.
  • The recipient also has the option to accept the parcel without signing for it, and give a door code for ensuring successful delivery.
  • Matkahuolto drivers will call the recipient if access to the delivery address is prevented.
  • 5-day storage time.

DSV Road Noutopistepaketti (Pick-up point package) 

  • Trackable parcel, 1-3 Business Days.
  • Order is delivered to the Pick-up Point chosen at Checkout. (Note: The delivery company reserves the right to deliver the shipment to a different nearby pick-up point if the original one is unavailable)
  • Notification SMS and email will be sent to the recipient when the parcel is ready for pick-up.
  • Held for pick-up at Parcel Point for 7 days.
